St. Valentine

Bio: History records three St. Valentines that have existed, but in fact their existence is much more prolific. The Order of Agape has been a secret sect dedicated to protecting all life in pursuit of compassion and love. The greatest of their followers is bestowed the mantle of St. Valentine. Empowered by their Oath and relics of the sect, they work tireless until they fall in the service of their Order.

Powers: Agelessness, enhanced durability and strength.

Weapons:

• Harp of Longinus: Bearing at its tip the Spear of Longinus which pierced Christ, the harp serves as a weapon able to strike down the mightiest of evil and can shoot arrows far and true. The music emitted from the harp can calm and bring peace to those who listen.

• Cuirass of St. Valentine: Armor carrying the preserved skull of one of the martyred St. Valentines is what gives them their Powers so long as they stay true to their oath.

• Lock and Key of Agape: Both a symbol of being bound to serve their Oath and a deadly weapon. It is the only thing that can remove the Cuirass of St. Valentine and only works for one worthy of its blessing.

Weakness: Despite their enhanced strength, durability, and agelessness they can still succumb to very severe mortal wounds. Their ability to withstand most mortal blows; however, has led to the belief that they can only be killed by removing their head. Only the Order of the Agape know if this is true.
